Steel swing door can be made into 3 different type according to different sizes, standard size as below:
- Single door: 3’ * 7’ (915*2130mm)
- Double door:6’ * 7’ (1830*2130mm)
- Unequal door: 4’ * 7’ (1220*2130mm)
Data sheet:
Door leaf: 50mm thick flush design, surface sheet is 0.9mm thick high quality galvanized steel.
Door frame: clip design to enclose clean room wall sandwich panel, customized for 50mm, 75mm or 100mm sandwich panel. For concrete wall, it will be with expansion bolt holes. Sheet is 1.2mm thick high quality galvanized steel.
Glass window: double layer hollow glass window, surface is 5mm safety tempered glass. Flush with door leaf surface, no rust detention and easy to clean.
Hinges: 304 stainless steel butterfly hinges, 4-inch heavy duty.
Lockset: leveler handle lockset, 304 stainless steel material, outside is key cyliner , and inside is knob. Two side round tube handle.
Seal structure: top+left+right is fixed weather seal rubber. Bottom is automatic drop seal. While door closed, it can drop down to touch the floor for good air tightness. This can reduce friction to get a good work life of the rubber.
Optional hardware available: Door closer, Panic device, Auto-opener.
Interlocking available: two-door interlocking, three-door interlocking.
Opening direction of clean room steel doors can be customized for every door as your need. For different locations inside clean rooms, it may need different opening direction, to make it convenient for people passing and help keep room air pressure at the same time. The direction of a clean room door is observed while you standing outside in front it the door.
